Registration Info

2010-2011:

Check the 2010-2011 USA hockey registration Age Chart, to see what division your player will be in next year.

First Things First: 

Register with USA Hockey Click the logo to be taken to the USA Hockey Website

WSYHA online registration is now open.  If you are registering for the 10-11 season and have not even if you have registered at an in person registration, please use this system.  If you are paying via a credit, you must use this system.

• If you register online you must still fill out the USA Hockey Consent to Treat/Medical Form, and you must bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate to the first team meeting/practice.   The player’s birth certificate may be a photo copy of an original official copy.

 Additional online registration information for this 10/11 season:

Installments are available via this online registration process.  Paying via installments is only available to those paying via credit/debit cards.  Installments will be processed on the following schedule:
Aug 15th, Sep 15th, Oct 15th, Nov 15th, Dec 15th.  If you sign up after Aug, you the initial payment will be the previous months combined, then the following months will process as normal (Ex:  If you sign up before Oct 15th, the initial payment will be Aug 15th + Sep 15th + Oct 15th... then Nov and Dec will process the final two payments as scheduled.   

If you are not paying via a credit card/debit card, please fill out the form and mark the payment as check.  NOTE:  Payments by Check or Money order are only accepted in full.  The mailing address is available at the bottom of the form and at the bottom of this page.

In Person Registration:

Please follow the direction that best suit your scenario:

1.  If you registered at one of the two in person registration events and have already paid in full via a check or money order then you must also fill out the 2 forms below:

Consent to treat / Medical
Zero Tolerance

• Remember to bring these and a copy of the player’s birth certificate to the first team meeting / practice.   The player’s birth certificate may be a photo copy of an original official copy.

       2.  If you registered at one of the  in person registration events and plan to pay with a credit/debit 
            card either in full or installments, please use the online registration form and follow the above
            Online Registration form instructions to process your payment. 

• As with the online registration, you need to only fill out the Consent to Treat/Medical Form. Please remember to bring this and the player's birth certificate to the first team meeting / practice.   The player’s birth certificate may be a photo copy of an original, official copy.
